How to design and produce ADSS cable?

All-Dielectric Self-Supporting(ADSS) cable is ideal for installation in distribution as well as transmission environments, even when live-line installations are required. As its name indicates, there is no support or messenger wire required, so installation is achieved in a single pass, making ADSS an economical and simple means of building a fiber optic network.Usually ADSS cable are used together with hardware fittings in the overhead transmission lines installation.
As we all know that ADSS is a non-metallic cable,The main feature of ADSS optical cable is light weight/small diameter. So it can reduce the load on tower structures due to cable weight, wind, and ice. PE sheath: ordinary PE sheath For power lines below 35KV;
AT sheath: anti-tracking sheath. For power lines above 110KV;
Out Cable Dia.:Single Jacket 8mm-12mm;Double jacket 12.5mm-18mm.
