Conductor(ACAR) have been widely used in power transmission lines with various voltage levels, and also used in power lines across great rivers, heavy ice area, and other places special geographical characteristics. The co-nductorhave excellent advantages of high strength, large current carrying capacity and good catenary property as well as wear-resistance, anti-crush and corrosion-proof with simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, low cost for the line, large transmission capacity.

Applications:

  1. ACAR conductor Used as bare overhead transmission cable and as primary and secondary distribution cable. 
  2. A good strength-to-weight ratio makes ACAR conductor applicable where both ampacity 
  3. and strength are prime considerations in line design. 
  4. For equal weight ACAR conductor offers higher strength and ampacity than ACSR.

B-230 Aluminum Wire, 1350-H19 for Electrical Purposes 
B-398 Aluminum Alloy 6201-T81 for Electrical Purposes 
B-524 Concentric-Lay-Stranded Aluminum Conductors, Aluminum Alloy Reinforced

ACAR Conductor Aluminium alloy 1350-H19 wires, concentrically stranded about an Aluminium alloy 6201 core.

    Sheath Mark:

    The following printing(white hot foil indentation)is applied at 1meter intervals. a. Supplier: Guanglian or as customer required; b. Standard Code(Product Type, Fiber Type,Fiber Count); c. Year of manufacture: 7 years; d. Length marking in meters.

    Packaging-Shipping

    The cables are packed in carton, coiled on Bakelite & steel drum. During transportation, right tools should be used to avoid damaging the package and to handle with ease. Cables should be protected from moisture,kept away from high temperature and fire sparks,protected from over bending and crushing,protected from mechanical stress and damage.
